Call (843) 332-6401 if you have trouble registering.\n\n\n\nThe Greater Hartsville Chamber of Commerce\, the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce\, and Embrace Hospice will partner to host a legislative event on October 15 at the Darlington Racetrack. The Pee Dee Grassroots Meeting is held annually by the SC Chamber\, and feedback gained through discussions with local business leaders will help direct and shape the SC Chamber's competitiveness agenda for the coming year. This is the first time that the meeting has been held in The Greater Hartsville Area. The meeting will be held at the Darlington Raceway at 1301 Harry Byrd Highway\, and begins at 4:30pm. The meeting is free and the public is encouraged to attend and participate.\n\n \n\nImmediately following the Grassroots Meeting\, the Hartsville Chamber will host a Legislative Reception Presented by Carolina Pines Regional Medical Centerin the same location. This event will feature legislative representatives\, including city and county level officials\, and will provide residents and business leaders a chance to meet their local officials\, as well as network with one another. Light refreshments will be provided. This event is free to attend. Businesses may purchase sponsorships for this event.
