DESCRIPTION:Join Evan Baker\, Production Manager at Moore Farms Botanical Garden\, as he teaches the art of grafting at the Joslin Education Center. Pre-registration and $40 tickets are required and can be purchased HERE.\n\nOf all the amazing things about plants and propagating them\, one of the most unusual is the ability to graft plants together. An ancient method\, grafting is actually required to reproduce many unique horticultural plants. Join horticulturist Evan Baker to learn the history behind grafting\, why this method works\, and how to utilize this skill in your own garden! This workshop will include a presentation and hands-on grafting of Bald Cypress (Taxodium)\, which attendees will take home.\n\nAll materials and tools\, including grafting knives for borrowed use\, are provided.
