DESCRIPTION:How is your relationship with yourself in this season of love? Are you honoring your mind\, body\, and spirit? The greatest relationship you will ever have is the one with yourself. Do you feel the call to treat yourself to rest and alignment?\n\nThis Self-Love Sunday offering will give you the opportunity to sink into stillness with a Yin yoga class while simultaneously receiving all of the healing benefits of sound bowls and instruments. The session will end with a 25 minute full immersion in a sound bath while you enjoy your final resting pose. \n\nWHEN:\n\nSunday\, February 25th from 2:00-4:00pm\n\nINVESTMENT:\n\n$44\n\nABOUT THE TEACHERS:\n\nKimberly Rose\n\n"I have been a thousand different women\, in this lifetime and before. A common thread throughout this life has been that I hold safe and sacred space for others with a true nurturing energy and wisdom. You can rest assured that I will approach our time together with reverence and deep respect for your journey." -Kimberly\n\nKimberly Rose is a reiki master\, yoga teacher\, and facilitator for women's circles. Kimberly has been an attuned Reiki practitioner since 2018.  She completed her 200 Hour YTT with Our Sacred Space Yoga School in Hartsville\, SC in 2020. She has received training from Her Sacred Circle Facilitator Program in 2022 in Myrtle Beach\, SC. She has also completed training in Yin Yoga through Authentic Yoga Teacher Training of Scottsdale\, AZ. \n\nKimberly specializes in energetic shifts and aims to assist her students and clients identify external and internal stressors so they can begin to clear them from the mind\, body\, and spirit. This process of releasing what no longer serves you creates space to bring your desires into reality. She will guide you on your journey and help you to discover how to honor your Human form while remembering you are also Divine. Kimberly is dedicated to her students and their investigation of energy\, yoga\, and personal power.
